The present privacy policy describes how to manage the official website of the IRBA Ltd. In reference to the treatment of personal data of users who consult and interact with it and with the web services which may be provided electronically.
The information is provided under article 13 of Leg. N.196/2003 (protection of personal data) and aims at providing information concerning the method , timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must supply to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

The data treatments related to the services supplied by this web site are handled in the operational headquarters of the IRBA Ltd. or through other web site servers located in data centers either Italy or abroad , and are managed by authorized personnel, or by those in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the web service is communicated or diffused, except in cases specified by law.

Website Navigation data

Informative on the treatment of personal data in accordance with and to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, thus, provide the visitor with the following information:
1. data provided by users will be treated for the following purposes: handling of personal data contacts / customers / suppliers, commercial and administrative management, information on services offered, and legal requirements. It 's user responsibility to check the accuracy of his personal data and if necessary amend, update or otherwise modify the wrong data and / or no longer in the course of treatment;
2. Information will be handled manually or with the aid of computerized systems. Data may be stored either in paper files or in electronic files, to allow, where necessary, the identification and selection of data, and for a time not exceeding the length and purpose of treatment;
3. the provision of data is optional, but a refusal would make it impossible to continue any type of relationship, as the processing of data is critical to fulfill the legal obligations;
4. the data may be disclosed, for the purposes described above, the following subject categories: law firms, business, data processing and consulting, state organs, public institutions and other legal obligations or contractual commitments, credit institutes and factoring companies, customers, suppliers, couriers, freight forwarders, subsidiary companies, affiliates and controlling companies;
5. Users who send personal information via the special sections in the site and / or e-mail of the website Controller may at any time exercise the rights towards the data processor in accordance with Article 7 of D. Decree 196/2003, which is reproduced in full for clarity.
